"Very Happy I didnt think I could own a Harley Davidson so I July 09 I Purchased a Kawasaki 125 and after a few months learned I had made a mistake it was way to small for my needs granted It helped Me relearn to ride again but I was still disappointed I thought You know you only live once and gave Blue Springs Harley Davidson a try they where able to trade my bike in for a Cool XL1200C Black Sportster I was very surprised how well it handles Cory and Diana where very helpful in making this Dream come True Thank YOU "

"The Blue Springs Harley Davidson dealership is top of the class all the way. From the moment I walked in until the purchase was made on my new bike; I was treated as a valuable friend and customer. Follow up by various members of the staff has been terrific. As a first time buyer and rider I was a bit hesitant to ask questions. Beverly put me at ease immediately and answered my questions openly and in a very friendly manner. I never once felt as if I were being treated like an idiot as other dealerships (motorcycle and auto) have done in the past. When I have returned to the dealership to check out other items of interest, every member of the staff I meet, greets me openly and warmly. I never recommend any business to friends and family; but I have recommended Blue Springs Harley Davidson to all my friends, family, and acqaintances and will continue to do so. I think this dealership and the staff who work there are great (I never use that word); they are the very best at what they do and I am glad to be able to commend them for it. "Our salesman Cory was great he answered all questions we had about the bikes. Since we had tough time deciding on what bike we wanted. Went to another dealership in town the salesman could not answer a lot of questions we had on a specific model. I think that guy was interested in just selling a bike. Everyone at Blue Springs was very helpfull. Looking forward to ringing the bell again at Blue Springs Harley Davidson"

"BSHD is awesome. In March 2009 we bought my husband an Ultra Classic and in June 2009 we came back and bought myself and my son bikes. Harry, Tina and the merchandise girls are the bes. BSHD has the best selection of womens clothes in the whole KC area and beyond. When you walk in the door you immediately feel like you are part of the Harley experience. You all do a great job at making people feel welcome and showing what that everyone who walks through that door is important. Thank You for your dedication to your dealership and customers. "This is long over due, your service department is outstanding. From the time that they had to rent a truck to pickup my bike after I hit a deer to the extra effort that they made to get the most out of after market headers. But what really drove it home was on my last trip. There were twelve people from different parts of the county sitting there waiting out the rain and the talk came around to dealerships. Almost everyone of them had a complaint about their local dealer except me. That really drove home what a outstanding service department that you have. If there was a higher rating than 5 the service department has earned it. Thanks again "

"on 7/26/08 we came into the dealership to look at pre-owned electra glide classic,after talking with rex gist he told us the bike just sold,and that they had no more used ones in that model,but that they did have an 2008 model if we wanted to look at it,it was just what we wanted.rex took care of us every step of the way,explaining about the bike,functions of the bike,credit,financing,and told us about the incentives h-d had out as well as a road- ready package that come with it. we got the acessories we needed thanks in part to rex and tim martin in parts,it was a wonderful buying experience,i will tell anybody that is looking for a harley to go to blue springs harley-davidson. also thanks to david worth for having a fantastic staff and dealership. toby truex"

"What a great shop! I live 5 miles from the north store. But I would much rather travel to a place that remembers me. I spend a lot of money, so I expect a little respect and understanding on my purchases and service. The north store doesn't even remember who I am or what I ride. Even after $18,000 worth of purchases. I have been impressed from day one with the Blue Springs store. And since then, everyone has remembered me. Even after a $100 purchase."
