I am new to riding and Lacy has guided me as I picked out everthing from boots to a helmet and leathers as well as little extra's like fitted sunglasses etc. She also helped my husband to pick out a white gold/diamond HD ring that he gave me for Valentine's Day! "The Blue Springs Harley Davidson dealership is top of the class all the way. From the moment I walked in until the purchase was made on my new bike; I was treated as a valuable friend and customer. Follow up by various members of the staff has been terrific. As a first time buyer and rider I was a bit hesitant to ask questions. Beverly put me at ease immediately and answered my questions openly and in a very friendly manner. I never once felt as if I were being treated like an idiot as other dealerships (motorcycle and auto) have done in the past. When I have returned to the dealership to check out other items of interest, every member of the staff I meet, greets me openly and warmly.
I never recommend any business to friends and family; but I have recommended Blue Springs Harley Davidson to all my friends, family, and acqaintances and will continue to do so. I think this dealership and the staff who work there are great (I never use that word); they are the very best at what they do and I am glad to be able to commend them for it.

Went to another dealership in town the salesman could not answer a lot of questions we had on a specific model. I think that guy was interested in just selling a bike. "This is long over due, your service department is outstanding. From the time that they had to rent a truck to pickup my bike after I hit a deer to the extra effort that they made to get the most out of after market headers. But what really drove it home was on my last trip. There were twelve people from different parts of the county sitting there waiting out the rain and the talk came around to dealerships. Almost everyone of them had a complaint about their local dealer except me. That really drove home what a outstanding service department that you have.
